Mekong Delta harvests bumper rice crop
The Cửu Long (Mekong) Delta, the country’s rice granary, expects to harvest around 11 million tonnes of paddy this winter–spring rice crop, one million tonnes more than last year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
